Hidden Hearing are one of the largest national hearing aid retailers in the UK. Their head office is in Maidstone, Kent and they employ around 200 hearing aid dispensers. They are wholly owned by William Demant Holding who also own the hearing aid manufacturers Oticon and Bernafon. They charge some of the highest if not the highest prices in the industry.  This is possibly due to the multitude of staff employed at their head office and the colossal marketing spend that they no doubt have.

Given that Hidden Hearing's owners William Demant Holding also own Oticon and Bernafon, the hearing aid manufacturers, then the chances are you will be offered one of these two brands of hearing aid. Their staff are well trained but unfortunately their prices are high. It is recommended that you compare prices on the internet as you are likely to save around 50%.
