This is a Bluetooth device that allows your hearing aid to communicate with compatible products such as a mobile phone, mp3 player or computer. The Phonak i com supports Blue tooth technology allowing audio signals to be streamed wirelessly to your hearing aids. This can be incorporated to receive mobile phone calls or music from your computer. Please be aware that in order for the devices to work together that they need to be manually paired and connected. This is so that you are connected to the phone that you are using and to give you an option of changing to a different phone if required.
