Be7 by Resound is the first and only hearing aid in a brand new category called Remote Microphone (RM). The Be 7 is available as a standard or custom fit and uses a unique design to sit naturally and almost invisibly in the ear. It works by using the natural acoustics that the human ear (pinna) gives in order to provide a more natural and sharper sound. Wind noise is reduce dramatically as the microphone is positioned in the ear. The Be 7 is programmed with 17 warp channels and 7 gain handles. It can also be fitted using a custom ear piece where necessary. The B7 is fully automatic and adjusts to any situation.
The Live series with a remote microphone would be a better bet for quality of sound and feedback reduction
