When you start to research the different technologies that are available in the hearing aids it can be very confusing and can put people off the idea of doing something about their hearing loss. All of the staff at Hearing Aids At Trade strongly believe in our ethos of giving excellent service and advice to people who have a hearing loss. What we also believe is that premium hearing aids don’t have to come at a high price.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service. Our Client Advisory Team are at hand to assist you with any questions you may have. We also provide telephone consultations where you can speak to a fully qualified and Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. When first contacting us, a Personal Advisor will be assigned to you, to ensure your total satisfaction and also to make your life easier by having one point of contact.

All your personal details and the information is kept confidential, your details are only known to us and your Hearing Aid Dispenser.
HEARING AID DISPENSERS
Hearing Aids At Trade work with Independent Hearing Aid Dispensers, who are all registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) the regulatory body for Hearing Aid Dispensers. All the Dispensers we work with have worked in the Hearing Aid industry for at least 5 years, bringing a higher degree of experience when dealing with all types of hearing difficulties and to maximise giving the best advice to suit your needs.
Some Dispensers have there own premises or work from an Opticians or G.P. surgeries but they all offer a home visit service, free of charge and with no obligation. Most clients prefer this as they feel more comfortable in their own surroundings.
OUR PRICING POLICY
Our hearing aid pricing policy is totally transparent and there are no hidden or unexpected charges (please see our terms and conditions ). We publish all our digital hearing aid prices for you to see and they are regularly updated to ensure that you are always getting the best price.
OUR AFTERCARE POLICY
Our aftercare does not end when your hearing aids have been fitted and is free for the life of the hearing aids. On average the life expectancy of hearing aids is approximately 5-7 years, but in the remote possibility that your hearing levels drop, perhaps due to medical reasons during this time, then you may be advised to upgrade your hearing aids. Our aftercare amongst other services include all adjustments, fine tuning and re-testing.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Our hearing aids come with the standard 2 years manufactures warranty but clients do have the option to extend this to 5 years but please note that there is an extra cost for each hearing aid that can vary depending on the type of hearing aid and manufacturer. Please discuss this with your Hearing Aid Dispenser at the initial consultation. Warranties can be extended if required at a later date.
