Free Introductory Appointment - It may be that you are inquiring on behalf of a friend or loved one and you need a few answers to questions before you go full steam ahead. You might just want a better idea of who we are and what we can offer compared to other companies. No matter what the reason we can offer you a free 15 minute informal appointment for what ever you may need it for.
Short Hearing Assessment - If you are not sure if there any issues with your hearing and this is perfectly normal. A short 15 minute appointment will allow us to quickly find out whether there are reasons for concern. We will carry out ottoscopy, where we look inside your ear with a specially designed light and magnifying glass to check that wax is not the route of the problem. We will also carry out tests specifically designed to find out if there are any issues with your hearing. If any issues are highlighted then a further more in depth appointment may be advisable but the choice is yours. You may wish to go away and reflect on your options as some people do. We will arm you with an information pack to give you practical advise on why acting positively. As always it is your choice and if you don’t feel ready, we will wait as long as you want until you are.
It may be that you just want a second opinion on advice that has already been given.
Diagnostic Hearing Test - If you wish to have a more in depth diagnostic hearing test to test you more thoroughly, a longer appointment of around an hour or so should be made. This is in order to give the very best advice on your hearing needs. The appointment can take up to an hour or even a bit longer during which time we will examine your ears, ask relevant questions about your hearing health and also to find out where you or others feel that your hearing fall short. We wouldn’t expect you to take our word on how good the latest hearing solutions are, so we always like to give you a free digital demonstration. This is for you experience and hear for yourself the benefits you will get with improved hearing.
Group company hearing tests - If you are an employer or an employee who work in environments where excessive noise is present and it is therefore necessary to wear ear protection, we can offer chargeable hearing tests as required by law. We can also offer practical advice on what ear protection to use or even supply custom made ear protection.

Our free hearing screening service is backed up with a free information pack to advise and inform people of the many positive reasons of the importance of acting on a hearing loss.
