Many thanks for passing Kevan’s name to me as one of the hearing aid dispensers. He came to my house on Saturday afternoon to give me a hearing test which was carried out in a very professional way. He took the time to go through all the stages of the test which I found most helpful, he then showed me the chart of a good hearing person and then my own which was pretty poor. After that he indicated the type of hearing that would suit me . He then took a mould of my ear. It is very nice to know that the younger generation do take time to help us oldies.

Your ‘other half’ Graham, visited my father in law, Fred Pugh and myself this morning in Dunstable. After carrying out various tests etc, he suggested a hearing aid suitable for my father in law which we liked and purchased.
The purpose of this message is to say a very genuine ‘Thank You’ for your help and assistance. When I first contacted you about a month ago for advice, you called me back within an hour and that was on a weekend. This morning, at about 11am, we received a telephone call from you advising us that Graham was running a little late due to traffic but he would be with us by 11.15am, which he was. Graham was both informative and knowledgeable, answering whatever questions we had and never once acting as a typical ‘salesman’.
Overall, the level of service I and my family received was excellent and as a direct result of your actions in ringing back with straightforward and easily understandable advice, a sale was subsequently made. Definitely service with a capital ‘S’.
So, thank you once again. I really am grateful for all your help and assistance in this matter.

With Graham’s help the Unitron Tandem has improved my quality of life more than I thought possible and Graham, with his wife Shirley, have become friends, willing to discuss my hearing problems over a cup of tea.
